🔄 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

• Return requests must be raised within 24-48 Hours the delivery date.

• Returns are accepted only for items purchased on our official website (www.luzlane.com).

• Return is applicable in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Manufacturing defect

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind or dislike of product after use

• Customised or special-order items

• Damage due to mishandling or improper use by the customer

• Products returned without original packaging

🔁 Return Process

1. Initiate Request:
   Email us at support@luzlane.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

   • Order ID

   • Reason for return

   • Photos/video of the product (if damaged/defective)

2. Approval & Pickup:
   After verification, our team will approve the return and arrange a reverse pickup, if eligible. Please ensure the item is securely packed for return.

3. Inspection:
   Returned items will be inspected at our warehouse to verify their condition.

4. Refund/Replacement:

   • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

   • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer after verification.

   • Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement (subject to stock availability).
