🔄 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

Return requests must be raised within 24-48 Hours the delivery date.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

🔁 Return Process

Approval & Pickup:
After verification, our team will approve the return and arrange a reverse pickup, if eligible. Please ensure the item is securely packed for return. -
Inspection:
Returned items will be inspected at our warehouse to verify their condition. -
Refund/Replacement:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer after verification.

Alternatively, you may opt for a replacement (subject to stock availability).

For reverse pickups, up to 2 pickup attempts will be made. If both fail, the return will be canceled.
